近来都好像都在做中式料理,忽略了为老公准备他的angmo料理。这个pasta料理想做了很久,就是找不到超大型的pasta贝壳。普通supermarket都只有中小型的贝壳,这个是跑到意大利料理专卖店买才找到的。一定要用大型的才可以把培根,青豆和zucchini酿到贝壳里去。我们有我们的酿豆腐,这大概就是意大利式的酿pasta了!这个酿pasta真的还不赖呢!
Cheese, pea & pancetta pasta bake
Ingredients:
2 tbs olive oil,
plus extra to toss
100g peas
1 large zucchini
50g pancetta/
bacon finely chopped
1 garlic cloves,
grated
1 lemon grated
zest
180g four cheese
mix
200g thickened
cream
pinch of nutmeg
¼ cup grated
parmesan
Method:
1. Preheat oven to
180C and grease a large baking dish.
2. Cook the pasta
shells in boiling salted water according to packet instructions until just
tender. Drain, then refresh and toss in a little olive oil.
3. Meanwhile, cook
peas in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and refresh. Coarsely
grated the zucchini. Place the zucchini in a colander, sprinkle with salt then
set aside for 10 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.
4. Heat the oil in
a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pancetta and cook for 2-3 minutes until
starting to crisp. Add the garlic, zucchini and lemon zest, then cook for
another 2 minutes. Season and cool slightly. Then place in a food processor
with the peas and pulse to a coarse paste.
5. Place cheese and
cream in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring
occasionally until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with
nutmeg, salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the pasta shells and sprinkle with
parmesan.
6. Bake in the oven
for 20minutes until golden and bubbling

之前和大家分享过做木工的小小经验,但是觉得之前的做法要用上漆料有些麻烦而且漆料也挺贵的,事后清理也有些麻烦,所以我继续努力寻找可以取代漆料又可以有好效果的原料来取代。
今天在这里又再次和大家分享做木工道具桌面。这次这个activity是可以在室内完成,而且也不需要用上漆料。只是用普通画画的Acrylic彩色原料就可以完成了。当然在这里也要介绍一个很特别的原料叫Crackling Medium。它的用意是让颜色干了以后会自然又破裂的的特殊功效,让木看起来有残破distressed的样子。
先把底色扫上。等干了以后,在涂上一层厚厚的cracking medium。再等它干了以后(4小时内),不规则扫上桌面的颜色。这样一来等它完全干了以后,爆裂的部位就隐隐约约可以看到底色了。
