那天的大彩“titanic”了!喝了杨枝甘露,天算是有降一点甘露,有给我赢13。50安慰一下。。。所以要赢一笔钱去环游世界的梦灭了,还是回到自己的厨房默默耕耘吧!
在巴厘岛贪小便宜买回来的agar agar粉,陪我玩了漫长的一个下午。明明就是简单的agar agar,却是做到没完没了。最后完工,觉得还挺满意的,欣然拿去给老公看,他静静还好,一出声comment就气死人。他问我,怎么你的鱼都是死鱼,一只只浮在水面,反肚了的鱼!我解释说,它们是出来水面呼吸和吃鱼料,你不会就不要comment。后来,他就给了一大堆意见,那个鱼应该这样那样的。我说这是手工嘛。。又不是真实的,再说我也没有3D小鱼的模很难可以让鱼儿有立体感。而且拍照也要看到那些鱼才可以啊。这样一人一句,最后我叫他去厨房,我另外再煮一锅jelly叫他当场示范怎样才叫生鱼。。。哈哈。。。结果他的一个也没成,鱼都沉入海底,一只也看不到哈哈。。。我赢!
食材: Ingredient:
7g 燕菜粉 7g agar agar powder
150g 砂糖 150g caster sugar
800ml水 800ml water
3片pandan叶 3 pandan leaves
100g西米粒 100g sago
一滴蓝色素 1 drop of blue food colouring

草莓(切成鱼形)strawberries (cut into fish shape)
做法/ Method:
1)将1500ml水煮滚,倒入西米粒,不断搅拌,至水再次滚起,熄火。把锅盖盖上。焖西米10分钟。再开火煮西米至水滚起,熄火,焖10分钟。(重复做法至西米完全熟透,不见白点)。用筛把熟西米剩起,冲冷水至西米冷却。备用。

3)将西米铺在容器底部(成海底沙石),倒入燕菜至容器的一半。待稍微凝结,排上蓝莓(成海底石块),排上切成鱼状的草莓。用牙签在半凝结的燕菜上画上几画。把剩余的燕菜再度煮热,然后倒入模子至全满。
