这个最近很红东炎烤鸡已经不用多介绍了。昨天安奈不住想吃椰浆饭配这个好吃的东炎鸡。这两样料理一起煮,饭又香,鸡又香,哇。。整个屋子就变“香香”了。连我家那个最挑剔的angmo都赞好吃。
原本以为上个贴子是给小拇指九月香兰的最后一个帖子,想不到我又有贴子上。。真的最后一个了!!
简易椰浆饭(Nasi Lemak )
材料:
香米 2杯
清水 1.2杯
椰浆 1 杯
盐 1.5茶匙
斑兰叶 数片(洗净打结)
香茅 1个(拍烂)
姜 3片
葱头仔 2粒(切碎)
Ingredients:
2 cups Jasmine rice
1.2 cups water
1 cup coconut milk
1.5 tsp salt
4 pandan leaves (tie into a knot)
½ lemongrass (white part only, chopped)
2 slices of ginger
2 shallots (chopped)
做法:
1)米洗净, 滤干水。放入电饭锅里备用。
1)锅烧热,放入一点点食油,把香茅,葱头,姜碎加入爆香。
3)把所有液体材料加了盐,搅拌均匀。把液体倒入饭锅,在把(2)的香料加入。
4)把所有材料混合好。然后开电把椰浆饭煮熟即可。
Method:
1) Wash the rice, drained. Put into the rice cooker.
2)
In a small pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil, fry shallots, ginger and lemon grass till
fragrance. Set aside.
3)
Add water and coconut milk into the rice, add in salt and fried ingredients.
Stir well.
4)
Switch on the rice cooker. When rice is cooked, fluff rice with chop sticks.
材料:
6 块鸡腿 (我用2快chicken Maryland)
酱料:
2tbsp 东炎酱
10粒 小葱头(去皮)
5瓣 蒜瓣(去皮)
3条 辣椒(去籽,切细)
4片 柠檬叶(切细碎片)
2tbsp 蜜糖
少许 盐
做法:
1)用搅拌器,把所有酱料搅碎(不可加水)。
2)把酱料抹在鸡肉块上, 放入冰箱,腌制过夜。
3)锡箔纸上垫一片香蕉叶,把鸡腿摆在香蕉叶上,让后用锡箔纸裹好,送入预热200C烤箱,烤约30-35分钟即可。
Ingredients:
6 chicken drumsticks (I use 2 chicken Maryland)
2 tbsp tomyam paste
10 shallots
5 garlic cloves
3 red chilli (remove seeds), roughly chopped
4 kiffir lime leaves (chopped)
2 tbsp honey
pinch of salt
Method:
1) Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend till fine. (Do not add water)
2) Marinate chicken with chilli paste. Keep in the fridge overnight.
3) Place the chicken in the centre of the banana leaf, wrap with foil. Bake in preheated 200C oven for 30-35 mins.
